General Fuller served over 30 years in the US Army, last leading the Program Executive Office Soldier as the senior procurement official responsible for equipping 1.4 million Soldiers for combat operations managing budgets up to 11 billion dollars.
Prior to that, as Deputy Commanding General for the US Army’s Research Development and Engineering Command, he directed the technology development efforts of eight unique government research and development centers.
Vitor Fonseca is Vice President and Treasurer of Romspen Investment Corporation, where he is involved in all aspects of the Company’s financing and lending operations.
With a $1 billion portfolio, Romspen is Canada’s largest non-bank commercial real estate lender. Mr. Fonseca was a director and audit chair of Enwave Energy Corporation, a company co-owned by Ontario Municipal Employees Retirement System and the City of Toronto until its recent sale to Brookfield for $480 million. He was a member of the Special Committee that managed the sale.
Mr. Evans is Founder and Chief Executive Officer of the SFI Financial Group, Inc., a boutique private equity firm that has led and participated in numerous investments in growth technology companies.
Mr. Evans is a Board Member of Pyng Medical Devices, Inc. (a trauma “saving lives in seconds” company), BioRaft (a lab safety company) and The Solution Design Group, Inc. (an airport/seaport/university capital management software company); and Virteras Materials, Inc, a “Green” recycling company. Mr. Evans was former Advisory Board Chairman of Pixel/Epsilon (homeland security and breakthrough ultrasound companies), Ex-RAD, Inc. (a radiation amelioration company), and a former Board Chairman of EOTech, Inc. (an optics sighting company) and Board Member of ART Inc. (an advanced nuclear materials company), among others.
Mr. Evans was Vice Chairman of the Board of Altarum (formerly the Environmental Research Institute of Michigan – the inventor of SAR radar and developer of numerous “black” technologies) and is Chairman of the Evans/Gilruth Foundation (a non-profit Foundation dedicated to use of aerospace technology to solve “down-to-earth” issues).
Mr. Evans was the Chairman of the White House Cabinet Council Working Committee on Technology Commercialization, a former Member of the National Research Council Applications Board, former Head of NASA Commercial Technology and former Senior Executive at the White House, NASA, the Nuclear Regulatory Commission and the ACTION Agency (Peace Corps and Vista). Mr. Evans holds a B.A. in Economics from Colby College and a J.D. from Cornell University.
Paul began working in the athletic footwear industry at Reebok more than 30 years ago and is regarded as one of the most influential product creation experts in the industry. Mr. Litchfield has been responsible for numerous Reebok product innovations, one of the most noteworthy being the Pump. In 1998, Paul became President of Puma Footwear where he was responsible for product marketing, design and development for Puma’s global product line before returning to Reebok in 2000 as the Vice President of Reebok Advanced Concepts.
Paul received his B.S. degree in biochemistry from the University of New Hampshire and his M.S. degree in Exercise Science from the University of Massachusetts. He conducted post graduate research in human performance at the Institute of Offshore and Environmental Medicine in Aberdeen, Scotland.
Currently a Managing Director at Aldwych Capital Partners headquartered in New York, Mr. Bishop holds a BA from Brown University and is a 20 year veteran in emerging markets investment banking with extensive expertise in structuring and placing complex cross-border transactions.
Mr. Bishop is a former Managing Director at INTL FCStone Securities, a global commodity risk management and trading company and also previously co-founded Provident Group, an emerging markets specialty investment bank. Previously Mr. Bishop was a Business Unit Manager with Salomon Brothers Inc. and worked in New York and Buenos Aires with its institutional Equities Sales and Trading Unit.
Rod Reum has over 35 years of experience in business, accounting and finance in both the public and private sectors. He received a bachelor’s degree in commerce from the University of Alberta, and obtained a professional accounting designation (CGA) shortly thereafter.
Mr. Reum is the past President and Director of a Canadian public company, listed on the TSX Venture Exchange and the Frankfurt Exchange, specializing in gas-fired turbine-powered electrical and thermal energy.
Mr. Reum has also been the President of the only Canadian-based re-builder of heavy industrial conveyor belting used in the mining, aggregate and forest industries.
As the Manager, Financial & Project Services with a major pulp producing company, Mr. Reum played a key role in managing the financing and project costs for a C$1.3 billion dollar pulp mill project in Northern Alberta, and served as a key member of the project management team. His business experience includes construction of all types, media production of documentaries & educational CD’s, the launch of a new brand of batteries, financings, to directorships of high tech companies. Over the past 10 years he has gained a wealth of information and experience in the alternative energy markets in North & South America, Europe and the Middle East.
