VANCOUVER, B.C. – (TSX-V: MRS) – Mission Ready Services Inc. (“Mission Ready” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce a licensing agreement (the “Agreement”) with Miguel Caballero S.A.S. (“MCS”) to incorporate the patented No-Contact Electro Muscular Disruption (“EMD”) technology into a new line of motorcyclist jacket for the Latin-American market. Upon completion, the Agreement will provide licensing of the No-Contact technology to MCS for all of contiguous and non-continental Latin America from Mexico to Argentina – excluding Brazil – and will include the provision of product expertise and integration support by the Company.
The Company’s product research and development division – PTF Innovations – and its team of industry veterans in wearable technologies have begun working with MCS’ product development team to ensure an expedient, seamless integration of the No-Contact EMD technology into their innovative product line.

The number of motorcyclists is estimated to be 5 million in Colombia alone with that figure likely to triple within the next 5 years according to MCS’ sales team. The number of registered motorcyclists in Latin-America is estimated at 30 million.
The new line of MCS products incorporating Mission Ready’s No-Contact technology will be promoted through key Latin media networks and will be showcased in upcoming industry tradeshows including Shot Show 2017 in Las Vegas, Nevada.
MCS attends and demonstrates their product lines at a wide range of industry-related tradeshows and conventions annually including Expo Seguridad Mexico, Expo Defensa, Colombia, MotoGo Bogotá, Fidae Chile, Altraval Panamá, among others.
